Ed3 Community Manager Program
Hi! π Greetings from Team Ed3.
We seek highly motivated students who can help us transform peer-to-peer learning with tokenization.
WHO ARE WE?
Many existing systems struggle to reach underserved regions and fail to deliver fair compensation to those developing valuable educational resources. Against this backdrop, Ed3 introduces an entirely new approachβone that ensures ownership of intellectual property remains with its rightful creators, credentials are transparently verifiable, and educational content can be distributed worldwide without cumbersome regional roadblocks.
THE ROLE
As an Ed3 Community Manager, you'll be the face of educational innovation on your campus. You'll connect senior students who have valuable knowledge with juniors seeking accessible learning resources while building an impressive professional portfolio.
We've created a unique ecosystem where:
For Senior Students
Transform course knowledge into valuable digital assets. Own your IP.
Earn payouts for creating supplemental courses with engagement.
The highest-engaged course gets a big cash payout.
Generate ongoing royalties whenever your content is accessed or traded.
Build an impressive teaching portfolio for future employment opportunities.
For Junior Students
Access high-quality, peer-created resources from students who recently mastered the same challenging concepts.
Learn complex material explained in relatable student language.
Join exclusive communities led by upper-year mentors.
Develop lifelong relationships with third-year mentors in your field.
Build digital literacy through digital asset ownership and trading.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Represent Ed3 on your campus and become a program champion.
Recruit course creators from 3rd-year students to develop supplementary courses.
Engage learners from 1st and 2nd years to utilize peer-created content.
Organize demo sessions and workshops showcasing the platform's benefits.
Facilitate connections between course creators and potential learners.
WHY BECOME AN COMMUNITY MANAGER?
Community Managers get 20% of all payouts to native creators (from your university). So the more you build the more you earn.
Compensation Structure (for creators):
Each qualifying action earns Ed3 points
Creators compete for shares of a $150 reward pool
Individual payout formula: (Individual points Γ· Total points) Γ $150
Points Qualification Guidelines:
a) Create content:
Verified content: 90 points per item
Unverified content: 10 points per item
b) Learners engaged:
1 point for each 1 EDU spent on paid content
Creators receive 20% of the transaction fee
Additional Opportunity:
Earn Yuzu points and stand a chance to get a share from 1M+ Yuzu points worth $14,000
Important Guidelines:
We're not recommending creators focus solely on quantity (10+ courses)
